Itinerary
Arrival and Transfer to Hotel
Upon your arrival at Almaty Airport, you will receive a warm welcome. Following that, you will be transported via your shared transfer to your accommodation in Almaty.
Almaty Sightseeing Tour
ALMATY CITY TOUR : After breakfast, proceed fo the Almaty city tour : Explore the city of Almaty by quickly getting acquainted with discovering major areas of interest – During this tour, you will visit the First President Park, Republic square, Abay Square, Kazakhstan Hotel, Palace of the Republic. Panfilov Park & Zenkov Cathedral The Park is named and dedicated to the Panfilov Heroes who were 28 soldiers of an Almaty Infantry. Their memories are etched at the fearsome war memorial east of the Zenkov Cathedral which depict soldiers from all 15 soviet republics on the map of USSR. The Park is lush green area and it’s a good place to sit, rest, relax and see the bustling sights of the city. "Zenkov Cathedral", is one of the most beautiful, magnificent, and architectural monuments of the city of Almaty with the height of 56 meters and is in the green Panfilov Park of Almaty. A. Zenkov had supervised the construction of this cathedral in the early 19th century and legend goes that it was built without a single nail. But unfortunately, it’s not true. Although the design is remarkably unique but it’s because of the advanced technological expertise of that time. Later get transferred to your accomodation.
Kolsay & Charyn Canyon (Overnight stay on Saty Village)
KOLSAY & CHARYN CANYON ; Get ready for an exclusive tour: Tentatively around 08:00 AM, get picked up and depart from Almaty, Arrival at Charyn Canyon after a scenic ride through cold desert plains for approx 3.5 hours. Visit Charyn Canyon "Valley of the Castles", visiting several spots, walking along the bottom of the canyon 1.5 km to Charyn river This will be approximately a 35-40 min walk. You can optionally choose to take a transfer ride down in the canyon as well ( we request to book a return journey as soon as you arrive at the river point) Post your great visit to Canyon's - further move towards Kolsai Lake. Trip to Kolsai Lake Visit Kolsai Lake, one of the most picturesque lakes in the upper Kazakhstan region. You shall explore horseback riding (self-expense) or boating (optional) as part of your visit to Lake. Around - 18:30, arrive at your accommodation to relax after a long day.
Kaindy lakes & Black Canyon ( Overnight Stay in Almaty)
KAINDY LAKES & BLACK CANYON; Today is another beautiful day of the tour - Post Breakfast, check-out from the property. Take the trip to Kaindy Lake area, which is a nice offbeat ride. You will be transferred to a 4X4 vehicle for this transfer. Arrival at Kaindy Lake parking area - You can choose to have a short hiking or horseback-riding (optional) towards Lake. Later, we will leave Kolsai Lakes National Park and have a short stop at Black Canyon, which is a beautiful location with a wide open valley view. Further have a short stopover at Yellow (Moon) Canyon. Finally, we will move towards Almaty and tentatively will arrive back to accommodation by 19:00 Hrs.
Day Trip to Shymbulak Ski Resort
DAY TRIP TO SHYMBULAK SKI RESORT | PRIVATE: Enjoy a day in the beautiful mountains surrounding Almaty City on this amazing day trip to Shymbulak Ski Resort and Medeu Ice Skating Rink. Get transferred from the hotel to Medeu and enjoy skiing in one of the largest alpine skating rinks in the world. Then, enjoy a cable car ride to Shymbulak Ski Resort and enjoy panoramic views of the surroundings on the way. Later, get transferred back to the hotel in Almaty.
